Music Box Theatre Reviews

I was excited for the special event, and it seemed like it might be fun at first, but then it started late and things felt disorganized. I don’t want to be too harsh, actually, yeah, it was frustrating because there wasn’t much help or direction once we got there.

I watched a movie here recently and overall it was a solid experience. The screen was clear and bright enough, so I wasn’t struggling to see darker scenes like I have at some other theaters. The sound was also strong and easy to follow without being uncomfortably loud, which made the movie more enjoyable. The seats were okay for the length of the film, though the room did start to feel a little warm after a while. Still, for the actual viewing experience, it did the job well and I’d be happy to come back. Not quite a 5-star visit, but definitely a good option

The theatre seemed clean overall, and the seats looked like they’ve been taken care of. The bathrooms were fine too, though they got a bit crowded after the show. I didn’t really have any major complaints, but I’m not sure everything felt as spotless as it looked at first glance.

Booking my tickets was way less chaotic than I expected. I got through the whole process without any major drama, and checkout was clear enough to not send me into a spiral. My only tiny tragedy was that I wish the seat view details were better before I paid, because I wanted to know exactly what I was committing to...

I went to the Music Box Theatre and, for the most part, the staff were friendly. The person at the door was genuinely nice and pointed us in the right direction without making it feel awkward or like we were bothering them, which definitely put me in a better mood going in.
The bar/concessions area had a different vibe though. It felt a little rushed, like questions were mildly inconvenient, even though no one was actually rude. Overall, it was a decent experience, but the warmth kind of came and went depending on who you got

I wasn’t really into the vibe. The website made it look warm and welcoming, so I was a little confused when I got there and it felt kind of cold and awkward instead. Not terrible, just not the atmosphere I was expecting.

Tickets were worth it. Had a really good time.

I went to the Music Box Theatre and overall had a decent time. The place itself has a nice vibe, but i was already feeling a little mentally drained that day, and the seating didn’t really help.

The seat felt kind of tight, and after a while my back started bothering me. The leg room wasn’t great either, so I kept shifting around trying to get comfortable instead of just relaxing into the show.
It’s still a lovely theatre and I’d go back, but I do wish the seats were a bit more comfortable, especially for a longer performance. By the end, I was ready to get up and stretch

I was really hoping to find something I’d be excited to see, but the film selection felt disappointing. I looked through the site for a while and most of the movies just didn’t grab me, or felt way too limited for my taste. I know they focus on older and indie films, which can be great, but there was barely anything that made me feel like buying a ticket. I left feeling kind of bummed and wishing they had a better mix

I was disappointed with the concessions. The popcorn tasted like it had been sitting around for a while, the soda was basically flat, and the candy was somehow still way overpriced. I get that movie theater snacks aren’t exactly known for being a bargain, but this was a bit much.
